| New window cut-out on left, replacing window on right, removed that crazy awning, removed the cement deck, and cut-out doorway to make room for the french doors. | |
| Side of the House | |

| Here we are adding a window to the downstairs bathroom. check out the old siding underneath the shingles. | |
| Oil Tank | |

| We've taken the old oil tank out and are replacing with a new natural gas one. It will direct vent to the driveway side of the house so we won't have to fix the old chimney. | |
| 2nd Floor Framing and hvac | |

| Here's the view from the front left bedroom into what will be the shared bathroom and back bedroom. Check out the hvac. | |
| Plumbing | |

| The new plumbing has a lot of cast iron to eliminate the noise of flushing and showers, etc. Here is some combo cast iron and pvc in the upstairs shared bathroom. | |
