I can't swear to this but I think that the Job's Lane shop is actually older than Ralph's. The Job's Lane Tonsorial Parlor was formerly located across the street from it's current (now closed) location and was known to it's patrons as "Chopper Charlie's." By the way, April and Charles (the brother and sister who own it, both grandchildren of the original "Charlie"), are now relocated to the "Fort Apache" complex in Sag Harbor, and are still giving great haircuts.
