Can someone tell me why the 14 acre Leroy estate hasn't sold? Seems like a unique, incomparable non-waterfront setting with all of the amenities. IS it the subdivision for the rest of the land? Listing with Sothebys for $9.25 million. Been on the market at one price or another since '04.
