Ultimate glass-encased modern, 5 bed 5.5 bath, 4,600 sq. ft. including the finished basement on .38 acres. the most high end of finshes (excluding some elements in the basement). Gorgeous. Very cool house. See October 29th entry. Still on the market for $3.4m. And still the hands down winner on this street. |

| And this farm-style home was built in 2005 seemingly on spec. It's 2500 sq. ft. 4 bed, 4 bath, a fireplace, viking stove and sub-zero fridge on .35 acres with heated gunite pool. Seems like the pick of the litter at $1.9 million although sits on the corner of Cedar (a very busy street) and Palma. Put it in the middle of the block and it's likely to fare favorably to 33 Palma even up. |

| However you slice it, this neighborhood and EHV continues to turn over towards the higher end. If 33 can sell near asking, you'd have to consider 7 an excellent buy. |
