| So I'm not going to tell you which house is the better buy, becuase one of the agents is really smart and cool, and I don't want to offend her. (Is this a prime example of why there isn't more real estate "journalism" in the Hamptons?) Regardless, this neighborhood has some longterm value. Aside from the high village taxes, your kids can walk to school and you can walk to the village while living astride this neato park at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
