| What's striking about this listing is the more modest neighborhood around which this property lies. Mostly cottages and regular-guy homes, excluding a few big-buck babies on the surrounding water. And it's really close to Noyac rd. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out. If well, then I will be calling Hubie a visionary. |
